Where is Mercy Personal Physicians at Reisterstown located and is on-site parking available?

Mercy Personal Physicians at Reisterstown is conveniently located in the center of old Reisterstown off Main Street at 114 Business Center Drive in the St. John Properties Business Park. Our office is located across the street from Franklin Middle School. Patient parking is available in front of the building. Directions are available online.

What are the hours of operation?

How do I make an appointment?

Making an appointment with the primary care doctors and specialists of Mercy Personal Physicians at Reisterstown is easy.

What is MyChart?

MyChart is a secure website that gives you electronic access to your medical information and allows you to do the following:

  • Review lab results, medications, immunization, appointment information
  • Renew prescriptions, send messages to your doctor, schedule appointments and pay your bill online

Existing patients can sign up for MyChart if they do not currently have access.

What should I bring to my appointment?

What is your cancelled appointment policy?

If you need to cancel your appointment, we will be happy to reschedule at a more convenient time. We ask for 24-hour notice.

Your primary care doctor can recommend a specialist. There are a number of Mercy’s renowned medical experts on-site. To assist you in making an appointment with a specialist, please call at 410-833-2772. Our staff can also help you determine whether or not you need a referral.

 

How do I refill my prescriptions?

Prescription refills can be requested by:

  • Calling your doctor
  • Accessing MyChart
  • Contacting your pharmacy, who will notify the doctor
What do I do in case of an emergency or need to reach my doctor after hours?

If you experience a medical emergency, please call 911. We have a physician on call 24-hours a day. After hours, you may call at 410-833-2773 to reach the physician on call. 

Do you offer same day appointments?

Yes, we try to accommodate requests for same day appointments. Please call our offices at 410-833-2772 to confirm availability.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
