Where is Mercy Personal Physicians at Overlea located and is there on-site parking?

Mercy Personal Physicians at Overlea is located at 7602 Belair Road in the Belair Beltway Plaza Shopping Center. It is conveniently accessible from the Baltimore Beltway (695) at Exit 32 South/Overlea. Plenty of free on-site parking is available. 

Online directions are available for our main location as well as our additional office locations in Rosedale, Parkville and Essex. 

How do I make an appointment?

You can make an appointment by simply calling your primary care doctor at 410-663-8100. Patients also can make an appointment using MyChart. New patients can complete our Request an Appointment form.

What is MyChart?

MyChart is a secure website that gives you electronic access to your medical information and allows you to do the following:

  • Review lab results, medications, immunization, and appointment information
  • Renew prescriptions, send messages to your doctor, schedule appointments, and pay your bill online

To sign up for MyChart:

  1. Request an activation code from your doctor’s office (activation code must be used within 30 days of receiving it)
  2. Using a computer or smart phone log on to MyChart, and use your activation code, then follow the steps to enroll
What should I bring to my appointment?

You will need the following for your initial appointment:

  • Insurance card
  • Photo identification
  • A list of current medications
  • Co-payment, if applicable
  • Completed new patient forms 
What health insurances are accepted at Mercy Personal Physicians at Overlea?

Our primary care doctors accept most commercial insurances and Medicare. Please call 410-663-8100 to confirm if your doctor accepts your particular insurance. 

What is your appointment cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your appointment, we will be happy to reschedule to a more convenient time. We ask for 24-hour notification, which will allow us to accommodate another patient. Please check with your doctor to see if a fee is applied for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

Do I need a referral to see a specialist and how do I schedule an appointment?

Your primary care doctor can recommend a specialist. There are a number of Mercy’s renowned medical experts on-site. To assist you in making an appointment with a specialist, please call at 410-663-8111. Our staff can also help you determine whether or not you need a referral.

Can I access my medical records online?

Yes, if you have an existing MyChart account, you can access your medical records. 

What are the hours of operation?

Mercy Personal Physicians at Overlea understands that your time is important and has considered this into planning our hours of operation to include early mornings, late evenings and weekends.

What forms of payment are accepted at Mercy Personal Physicians at Overlea?

Forms of payment accepted include cash, check, and major credit cards.

Are same day appointments offered at Mercy Personal Physicians at Overlea?

Yes, we try to accommodate requests for same day appointments. Please call our offices at 410-663-8100 to confirm availability.
