Mercy Personal Physicians at Lutherville is located at the 1734 York Road at the corner of York and Ridgely Roads. It is conveniently accessible to Lutherville/Timonium, Cockeysville, Hunt Valley, Monkton, and the I-83 corridor. Free on-site parking is available. Handicapped spaces are conveniently located in the main parking lot.  

A second primary care office affiliated with Mercy Personal Physicians at Lutherville is located in Hunt Valley at 10155 York Road.

What are your hours of operation?

Mercy Personal Physicians at Lutherville understands that your time is important and has considered this into planning our hours of operation to include early mornings, late evenings and weekends.

How do I make an appointment?

What is MyChart?

MyChart is a secure website that gives you electronic access to your medical information and allows you to do the following:

  • Review lab results, medications, immunization, and appointment information
  • Renew prescriptions, send messages to your doctor, schedule appointments, and pay your bill online

Existing patients can sign up for MyChart if they do not currently have access.

What should I bring to my appointment?

To prepare for your appointment at Mercy Personal Physicians at Lutherville, you should bring the following:

  • A list of current medications
  • Co-payment, if applicable
  • Completed new patient forms
What is your appointment cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your appointment, we will be happy to reschedule to a more convenient time. We would prefer 24-hour notification, which will allow us to accommodate another patient. Please note some physicians charge a cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

What health insurances are accepted at Mercy Personal Physicians at Lutherville?

You can access your medical records by using MyChart.  

Do I need a referral to see a specialist and how do I schedule an appointment?

Your primary care doctor can recommend a specialist. There are a number of Mercy’s renowned medical experts on-site. To assist you in making an appointment with a specialist, please call at 410-252-2273. Our staff can also help you determine whether or not you need a referral.

How do I refill my prescriptions?

Prescription refills can be requested by:

  • Calling your doctor
  • Accessing MyChart
  • Contacting your pharmacy, who will notify the doctor
What do I do in case of an emergency or need to reach my doctor after hours?

If you experience a medical emergency, please call 911. After hours, please call 410-252-2273 and you will be connected with the physician answering service. The answering service will contact your doctor or the doctor on call. 

Do you offer same day appointments?

Our primary care doctors generally have same day appointments available. We encourage you to schedule an appointment, even if it is the same day, as this will allow the provider to properly set aside the necessary amount of time to address your concerns.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
