Where is Mercy Personal Physicians Downtown located and is there on-site parking?

Mercy Personal Physicians Downtown is located at Mercy Medical Center in the McAuley Plaza at 301 St. Paul Place. Parking is available in the McAuley Garage. The McAuley Garage is located at 323 Calvert Street and provides all-weather bridge access to McAuley Plaza. 

Mercy Personal Physicians at Canton is located at 2801 Hudson Street in Baltimore's Canton neighborhood.

What are the hours of operation?

The hours of operation vary for each primary care doctor. Please call your doctor’s office for hours of operation.

How do I make an appointment?

Making an appointment with the primary care doctors and specialists of Mercy Personal Physicians Downtown is easy.

New Patients:

  • Use your MyChart account to schedule an appointment online
What is MyChart?

MyChart is a secure website that gives you electronic access to your medical information and allows you to do the following:

  • Review lab results, medications, immunizations and appointment information
  • Renew prescriptions, send messages to your doctor, schedule appointments, and pay your bill online

Existing patients can sign up for MyChart if they do not currently have access.

What should I bring to my appointment?

To prepare for your appointment, please bring the following:

  • Insurance card
  • Photo identification
  • A list of current medications
  • Co-payment, if applicable 
What is your appointment cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel your appointment, we will be happy to reschedule to a more convenient time. We ask for 24-hour notification, which will allow us to accommodate another patient. Please check with your doctor to see if a fee is applied for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

What health insurances are accepted at Mercy Personal Physicians Downtown?

Our primary care doctors accept most commercial insurances. Please call your doctor’s office to confirm if your doctor accepts your particular insurance. 

Can I access my medical records online?

You can access your medical records by using MyChart.

Do I need a referral to see a specialist and how do I schedule an appointment?

Some insurance carriers require a referral. Call your doctor’s office and we will be happy to assist you in determining if you need a referral. Your primary care doctor can recommend a specialist. There are a number of Mercy’s renowned medical experts on-site.

How do I refill my prescriptions?

Prescription refills can be requested by:

  • Calling the physician
  • Accessing MyChart
  • Contacting your pharmacy, who will notify the doctor
What do I do in case of an emergency or need to reach my doctor after hours?

If you experience a medical emergency, please call 911. If you have an urgent medical problem after hours, please call your doctor’s office and you will be connected to the physician answering service who will contact the physician on call.  

Do you offer same day appointments?

Yes, we try to accommodate requests for same day appointments. Please call your doctor’s office to confirm availability.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
