David J. Hartig, M.D., is a Primary Care Physician with Mercy Personal Physicians at Hunt Valley, a Mercy Medical Center Community Physician Site, affiliated with Mercy Personal Physicians at Lutherville.

Dr. Hartig practices with a team of physicians and family medicine nurse practitioners, offering primary care services to residents from the Cockeysville, Hunt Valley and Northern Baltimore County regions.

Dr. David Hartig offers comprehensive primary care across generations from newborns to geriatric-aged adults. Dr. Hartig believes in the philosophy of treating the patient as a whole person and engaging patients and their family members to work with him as partners in their health care.

Preventive Care

Dr. David Hartig’s number one focus for patients is preventive care. Patients rely on Dr. Hartig’s vast experience in preventive care and disease management to help them control symptoms of chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia and asthma. Dr. Hartig also has interests in skin aesthetics and treating dermatologic disorders using a variety of surgical techniques.
